No Man's Error Becomes His Own Law, Nor Obliges Him To Persist In It. Thomas Hobbs
You Are Now President of The United States, Mr Trump.
The Entire World Is Counting On You To Do The Right Things.
Life; Is The “Reality Show” And It’s No, Game.
You; President, Trump, Are, “The Ultimate Apprentice.”
So now you have to ask yourself; do you want to be a real, President?
Or; just another guy, who had the office for a few years?
From what I see going on in the world, you have your work cut out for you.
My advice is, surround yourself with the smartest.
Take advice, from those with experience. Ask for help. But not, from dumb people.
I figured maybe someone, (me, why not) should explain things.
I always find; that communication, is the best way. No one tells anyone anything.
You’ve heard that saying; if I knew , what I know, now, back then.
We, the people, whom as President, you have sworn, to represent, expect you to step up and do your job correctly. Just as you; always insist, your employees must.
This is your chance to be Great, not ostracized.
Politicians, get elected and un-elected. Then; where, do you go?
Don't Screw It Up! I’m Telling you the truth, President Trump. I know; you know, who I am. Everyone in NYC, (almost) knows me.
“Be Nice To The People You Meet On The Way Up.
They’re The Sames Ones You Meet On The Way, Back, Down.”
I have decided to keep on advising President Trump. Obviously, he needs all the help he can get.
Maybe Trump can change and end up, a good President. "Wishful Thinking" probably.
Anyone can change and do the right thing. It happens all the time.
There’s no getting rid of me, either way, anyway.
-----------
And It Starts;
Trump campaigned on bringing back real jobs.
The factories, manufacturing, the auto industry, infrastructure construction jobs.
Good; steady, well paying, Union Jobs.
Not any “fly by night” schemes, like expanding oil and gas transportation-pipelines!
A handful of politicians holding our Country hostage. That’s not Democracy!
I voted for Hillary.
Trump’s election was distressing, but I figured all politicians make promises they never expect to fulfill.
So I took a wait and see attitude towards what he would actually do, regarding his threats.
I understand Donald Trump. I’m from NJ. Bayonne, (infamous), Hudson County, NJ.
I’ve walked the same bad streets, that Trump has.
Tough? I’m tough and I’m 5ft 2, and 125lbs.
So I get, his gruff behavior and tough guy attitude.
So far I have been disappointed. Not just with Trump, but with some of those, surrounding him.
It occurs to me that they have to know, all these policies are frightful and disasters, waiting to happen.
It appears; that for them, this is not a sincere political endeavor, but a chance for their own personal, 15 minutes of fame.
Executive Order / Executive Order 101
The National Constitution Center
An executive order is an official statement from the president, about how the federal agencies he oversees are to use their resources.
It falls under the broader umbrella of “executive actions,” which derive their power from Article II of the Constitution and it is the most formal executive action.
Executive actions also include presidential memorandums (which are a step below executive orders and basically outline the administration's position on a policy issue), proclamations and directives.
An executive order is not the president creating new law. That takes a majority vote from Congress.
An Executive Order, it is the President instructing the government how it is to work within the parameters that are already set by Congress and the Constitution.
Trump seeks to revive Dakota Access, Keystone XL oil pipelines
Why do these politicians feel the need to destroy the environment, just to make a little more, money?
How much money is it worth, to turn the US, into the tar sands scenario, via oil spills and gas and pipeline ruptures?
These are supposed to be; our brightest, business minds? They can’t see, there’s no money in oil and gas?
Oil and gas are almost obsolete.
It’s time to move to renewable energy. ie Solar; is the new oil and gas, when it comes to making big money.
I’m watching. The entire world is watching.
Mr Trump, is outnumbered. That’s obvious! spent half of this diary; explaining why renewable energy is profitable and a smart move, to no avail.
It’s not going to be so easy for him to overturn, these decisions, by Pres Obama. Pres Obama made sure of that.
Army Corps Of Engineers File; Dakota Access Pipeline, Notice of Intent.
The Army Corps filed their, “Notice Of Intent.” To ensure consideration during the development of an Environmental Impact Study.
Written comments, on the scope of an Environmental Impact Study (“EIS”), should be sent no later than February 20, 2017.
An Environmental Impact Statement, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act is a thorough community participation process involving several rounds of public input. This; process, could take a year or two to complete.
*The first step; is to invite public comment on the scope of the EIS, what alternatives should be analyzed and what potential impacts should be studied.
When that is decided the draft EIS would be compiled, followed by another round of public comment before a final EIS is issued.
Could President Trump reverse the Dec. 4 decision?
Reversing the Dec 4 decision would be arbitrary, capricious and unlawful, and would be challenged it in court.
The government has made a considered decision that this pipeline needs more review.
There are important issues on the table concerning tribal treaty rights and environmental justice that the Corps decided need a full review.
Federal courts have established that federal agencies cannot arbitrarily change policies and ignore previous findings simply because a new president has taken office.
Public Comment Began On Jan 18th And Comments Can Be Submitted-Until Feb 20, 2017.

Under Trump’s plans, immigration officials will have much more freedom to deport people they find in the country illegally. Chicago Tribune January 26, 2017
Trump dramatically expanded the list of people considered a priority for removal to include those charged with crimes, even if a trial has not yet been held, and those who have improperly received any welfare benefit.
Immigration officials can act on these new priorities immediately.
There are about 800,000 people in the US who already have a final order of removal from an immigration judge and have either refused to leave or been allowed to stay temporarily, often because of the hardship their deportation would cause to family in the US.
Countries that refuse to take back people being deported from the US, have been put on notice by the Trump administration that they must accept return of their citizens.
About 23 countries currently don’t accept deportations from the US, including Afghanistan, Algeria, China, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, and Zimbabwe.
Trump also instructed immigration officials to expand the number and size of detention facilities to hold asylum seekers and people awaiting hearings in immigration court.
Cases for people held in detention can move more quickly, and they can be deported faster than those released and told to appear in court.
Advocates for immigrants are concerned about the poor conditions in detention facilities, many of which are also local jails and have a track record of substandard medical care.
Also, immigrants in detention facilities have a much harder time getting lawyers.
Sanctuary Cities
In the United States and Canada; a Sanctuary City, is a city that, has adopted a policy of protecting illegal immigrants, by not prosecuting them for violating federal immigration laws in the country in which they are now living illegally.
Such a policy can be set out expressly in a law (de jure), or observed only in practice (de facto).
The term applies generally to cities that do not use municipal funds or resources to enforce national immigration laws, and usually forbid police or municipal employees to inquire about a person's immigration status.
Top 10 US Sanctuary Cities face roughly $2.27 billion in cuts by Trump policy. Reuters News
